Rights:	The translation, from a German text that antedates 1919 at least (authors death), published in a Chicago based periodical called "Council Correspondence" according to introductory note. Considering that that publication began in 1934 and the preface in this is dated May 1935, one would assume that it had to have been first published by them in 1934 or early 1935. So copyright is held by...? *Further research reveals that the translation was published in February 1935, a few months before this pamphlet. I believe that it is public domain in the US.
